Description
The high-pressure breathing air compressor VERTICUS-OX range is used for filling pressure vessels with Nitrox and / or breathing air for diving purposes.
The B-BLENDING module produces an optimum gas blend by combining pre-cleaned ambient air with bottled oxygen in the ratio pre-set on the compressor control panel by the user.
The maximum allowable operating pressure (final stage safety valve setting) for the VERTICUS Nitrox is 330 bar.
Compressor block, suitable for nitrox:
- Oil pump for forced-feed lubrication
- Micronic intake filter: 10 um
- Intermediate coolers, air cooled, stainless steel
- Aftercooler, air cooled, outlet temperature approx. 10-15 °C above cooling air temperature
- Intermediate separators after each stage (except 1st stage)
- Sealed safety valves after each stage
- TÜV approved final pressure safety valve – suitable for NITROX
- Pressure maintaining and check valve after the final stage
- Intake pressure sensor (display and monitoring by B-CONTROL – installed in B-BLENDING module)
