High-pressure components for H₂S-containing oil & gas applications (NACE compliant)

Maximator Sour Gas Products are designed for harsh oilfield environments where hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) is present. All components are manufactured in accordance with NACE MR0175 to ensure corrosion resistance, safety, and long service life under extreme conditions up to 30,000 psi (2,070 bar).

• Pressure Range: Up to 30,000 psi (2,070 bar) / 22,500 psi (1,550 bar) variants
• Material: Annealed 316L stainless steel (wetted parts), Inconel X-750 springs (where applicable)
• Temperature Range: approx. -50°C to +350°C (depending on component)
• Compliance: NACE MR0175 (sour gas service standards)
• Sealing: Metal-to-metal seating and PTFE/carbon packing for bubble-tight shut-off
